Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions and renewals

Recurring plans renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Taxes and currency treatment are shown at checkout where applicable. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices and proposals are in USD.

You may cancel through the available billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not retroactively reverse an already-started billing period.

Top-ups and usage purchases

One-time top-ups, credits, or usage purchases are charged when confirmed. Their scope, expiration, and permitted use are displayed at purchase. Used or delivered digital credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Projects, deposits, and changes

Project deposits reserve capacity and begin the agreed work. Milestones, cancellation treatment, rescheduling, change requests, and any refundable amounts are governed by the signed proposal or agreement.

Where a signed agreement conflicts with this policy, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Refund requests and billing errors

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact micholas@buildthebase.io promptly with the invoice or transaction details. We assess requests against the checkout terms, work delivered, resources committed, signed agreements, and applicable law.
