Using the website and portal

You may use our public website for lawful informational and business purposes. Portal access is personal to the authorized user or organization and must not be shared outside the permitted account team.

• Do not interfere with, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-violating content.
• Do not use the website, audit, portal, or generated materials to harm others or misrepresent affiliation with Build The Base.

Intellectual property and client content

Build The Base owns its website, brand, software, methods, templates, and original content unless stated otherwise. Limited access does not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us the permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and use it to provide the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that content.

Intellectual-property concerns may be sent to micholas@buildthebase.io with enough detail for us to identify and assess the material.

Custom services and third parties

Signed proposals, statements of work, master service agreements, and other written client agreements control the scope, fees, ownership, warranties, and remedies for custom services. If one conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and you may need to maintain separate accounts or agreements with them.
