Information we collect

• Contact and inquiry details, including your name, email, company, project needs, budget, and timeline.
• Concierge questions, selected FAQ topics, preferred response method, phone number where provided, consent choice, current page, and referring source.
• Audit information, websites submitted for review, and the resulting reports.
• Portal account information, project communications, uploaded files, requests, and activity.
• Billing and transaction information handled by our payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card details.
• Technical information such as device, browser, pages viewed, referring source, and approximate region when permitted by your cookie choices.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries, assess fit, prepare proposals, and provide requested services.
• Provide immediate FAQ guidance and respond to priority email, text, or phone requests submitted through the concierge.
• Operate, secure, support, and improve the website and client portal.
• Process payments, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Measure website performance and understand demand when analytics consent is available.

Service providers and international processing

We use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, email, storage, analytics, payments, and business operations. These currently include Vercel, Clerk, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Google Analytics, and related infrastructure providers.

Some providers process information outside your province or country, including in the United States. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and support obligations, dispute resolution, security, and applicable tax or legal requirements. Candidate information follows the separate Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use access controls, encryption provided by our infrastructure partners, limited administrative access, and reasonable operational safeguards. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also change non-essential cookie choices at any time using Cookie Settings.
